“Dining in the Dark” a Tournant Pop-Up Restaurant is Tournant’s second pop-up restaurant event which was hosted at the Wild River Grill in Reno, Nevada on March 13th, 2014. Chef Adam Bronson & Chef Ben Deinken return and are this time joined by Chef Joseph Bell. The night consisted of 6 courses with each chef creating a different bite for each ending up with 18 different tastes. The 6 categories were Spicy, Bitter, Salty, Umami, Sweet and finally Sour. Guests were encouraged to “Dine in the Dark” and put blind folds on for a unique sensory taste experience.
